No, COD can be susceptible to fraud, including fake orders or customers refusing delivery and/or refusal to pay upon delivery. This leads to losses and logistical issues especially since we are a small business working with minimal profit margins and hence we do not offer this option of payment.

All clothing must be free of defects or stains. The material should not appear worn and must look nearly new. Before sending them to us, all pieces must be washed and ironed.

You can send the stuff to our Mumbai office via courier in a sealed box. Please note there courier charges will be borne by you.
Upon receiving the pieces, we conduct a thorough review and share the prices we can offer. Once you approve, we proceed to photograph the productsand list them on our website. You receive payment once the product is sold and approved by the customer, typically within a week of dispatch.
At any point, if you would like your products back, you can get them picked up at your own cost. If we have done a product shoot for your product, your product must remain with us at least for 3 months so we can cover our warehousing and shoot cost.
If you choose to donate your pieces, we can arrange for them to be donated. We have a ti-up with an NGO for the same. We ensure that the pieces are not sent to landfill and are utilized in a meaningful way.
